Kingsley Manning was the founder and chief executive of Newchurch Limited a leading firm of health economists and strategy consultants.  He was subsequently Chairman of Tribal Health and Senior Adviser to McKinsey & Co before serving as Chair of NHS Digital from 2013 to 2016.  NHS Digital is responsible for information technology and data service for the NHS in England.
