Publication costs (OPEN for applications):

Funds up to £500 towards journal publication charges for research articles relating to the biology of ageing to be published in peer reviewed journals. Application guidance.

Outreach and public engagement (OPEN for applications):

Funds of up to £250 to support outreach activities which promote the dissemination or further understanding of the biology of ageing. Application guidance.

Laboratory consumables (OPEN for applications):

Funds of up to £500 are available for the purchase of laboratory consumable items or specialist equipment to pump prime an experiment related to the biology of ageing, or to finalise a current set of experiments. Application guidance.

Hosting small meetings related to the biology of ageing (applications CLOSED):

Funds of up to £200 are available to assist with the costs of hosting a meeting related to the biology of ageing. For example, funds could be used to hire an appropriate facility, publicise the event, pay for travel costs of speakers. Application guidance.

Laboratory exchanges (applications CLOSED):

Funds of up to £200 are available for scientists to visit other institutions and learn new skills/techniques or conduct a set of experiments that would not otherwise be possible. Application guidance.
